MAS supports New Line Learning Academy

MAS has recently undertaken a staff training programme at the New Line Learning Academy, part of the Future Schools Trust in Kent. The leadership team were taken through a strategy development process and developed ideas for key actions to be implemented.

MAS Managing Director, Paul Jones, explained that "having a non-educationalist looking in from the outside provided a fresh perspective and the staff were able to "think outside the box" more easily as a consequence".

Our approach overcame the often voiced view that education is different from industry, and the two are not compatible. But we proved that when it comes getting the best out of an organisation the same principles apply and are equally relevant.
